Connect-a-pod modules can get to the most remote of locations. They are also designed to be easy to live with and somewhere to bring comfort after a hard day at work. Because of our connect-a-pod modular design system, we can easily and cost effectively deliver to most sites in New Zealand. If you can get your Hilux in there, we can deliver a connectapod house.

With Connectapods unique truly modular system, you can build your 1 bedroom unit now and add onto it later on.
There is no limit to the number of bedrooms bathrooms or living areas you can add on. If you have the space, we can build it - and its not only cost effective, but also a great place that you will be proud to call home.

STEP 1 - Free Initial Discovery Session
STEP 2 - Site Specific Appraisal, Concept Design and Pricing $1250
Get your building site assessed for suitability which includes a desktop review of council requirements for your site, compliance requirements and suitability for your new connect-a-pod home.
Accurate Site Specific Concept Designs and Pricing can then be prepared and presented.
STEP 3 - Detailed Design and Consent Documentation
Prepare Construction Documentation. Includes working drawings, site plans and engineering documentation for submission to your local consent authority. Does niot include consent fees or specialist consultant fees (if required).
STEP 4 - Manufacturing and Quality Control
Fabricate the individual Pods in a controlled environment with staged inspections and documentation.
STEP 5 - Site Works
Set out and install foundations on your site
We delivery individual Pods anywhere in New Zealand and connnect the finished Pods on site. Most Pods come completely finished with minimal site works required to finish off.
Your new Connectapod Home will be held down and watertight within hours of being delivered.
STEP 6 - Delivery and Installation
STEP 7 - Final Inspection and Compliance Sign-off.
Council/third party inspections and final approvals.
